I created Medical Appraisal Hub to make appraisal easier to understand and get through. As a locum myself, I know how frustrating it can be to work out what’s needed, organise the paperwork and pay for it all.

My approach is friendly, relaxed and practical. You can ask questions, be honest about anything you’re unsure of, and expect clear advice. I’ll help you understand what evidence you already have, what else you need and how to bring it together.

Perhaps you’ve only worked a few shifts, you’re an IMG looking for your first UK job, or you’ve spent the year overseas. Whatever your circumstances, my starting point is to understand your situation and help you find a way forward. If something needs more work before your appraisal, I’ll explain it clearly and help you tackle it.
